Great experience! Albert is the best! Very customer service oriented. Gave us all free drinks, made sure we had Bluetooth speakers to clip on our e-bikes, and gave us an extra 30 mins free. He also has the best rates in the area. 10/10 recommend!

This was an amazing experience! My partner and I rented the e-bike for three hours to take a ride down to Oceanside. The views, the speed of the bike, the weather all made it a thrilling ride. Scott and his wife were the most hospitable and kind. They gave us the run through of the coast and places to check out on the way. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting the area. We were able to make stops along the way for a quick brew, some pictures, and sea lion watching. Loved it! Can’t wait to come back!

Had the best experience here!! Really great prices compared to other bike rentals in the area. They even stayed open an extra hour so we could have our full time with the bikes! So chill and the bikes were awesome.

Best e-bike rental in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area!! We called around multiple places and not only did he have the best prices but also the most selection of e-bikes. Albert was the guy who helped us, and he was sooo nice and patient! Some of our group needed some help getting used to the bikes so he helped us practice in the back until we were comfortable. He also gave us all locks and speakers for our bikes. 10/10 recommend!!

The ride was so fun!! Nikki was really nice and explained everything before my son and I took off. She gave us good routes to ride on in Carlsbad and Oceanside, and advice on great places to eat. The bikes were comfortable and you can choose how fast you want to go, which was nice when you had to go faster when the bike lane is in the road. Overall, I would very highly recommend and it is fun for everyone!

We recently were in Oceanside again (April 2022) for the weekend, and found Beach Vibe in their new location. What a great move! The new store is right on the main street, easily visible, and had an abundance of bikes to rent. Best decision we could have made. The bikes were clean, the staff (Jesse, Therese and X are still there!) were all so incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back to this shop every time we visit Carlsbad. Forget the others in town, only visit Beach Vibe. You'll be glad you did!
